How to: pick the competition winner
Once a competion you’ve created is ended (closed) , how do you pick the winner?
- Logon
- Click Competitions in the main menu
- Click “Mine” in the right hand menu to display your competitions
- Select the competiton you want to award a winner for from the list of competitions. This displays the competiton details and the entries.
- Navigate until you see the entry you want to choose as winner
- Click the text “Choose Winner” below the winning design. Note: “Choose Winner” only appears after the competition has closed. You cannot pick a winner before close date.
- Done
The winning entry will now be shown in a larger size on the competition page and “Won” will appear in the competition title. An email is then sent advising the winner. The winning entry will be displayed along with all the other entries and the text “Competition Entry” will change to “Competition Winner”.
Note: There can be only one winner. Note: A competition must be closed before you can select a winner.

How long do we have to pick a winner? Is there a specific time frame?
what type of files will the logo be sent to the winner in? is it in vector, corel, etc…? Just wondering when the winner is chosen how I receive the file. thanks.

When a winner is selected, how do I get the logo. Is it sent to me? In a JPEG or other type of file format?
Once you pick a winner we send each party contact details. You can then liaise directly with the designer who will send you final artwork.
