How to: pick the competition winner

Once a competion you’ve created is ended (closed) , how do you pick the winner?

1. Logon
2. Click Competitions in the main menu
3. Click “Mine” in the right hand menu to display your competitions
4. Select the competiton you want to award a winner for from the list of competitions. This displays the competiton details and the entries.
5. Navigate until you see the entry you want to choose as winner
6. Click the text “Choose Winner” below the winning design. Note: “Choose Winner” only appears after the competition has closed. You cannot pick a winner before close date.
7. Done

The winning entry will now be shown in a larger size on the competition page and “Won” will appear in the competition title. An email is then sent advising the winner. The winning entry will be displayed along with all the other entries and the text “Competition Entry” will change to “Competition Winner”.

Note: There can be only one winner. Note: A competition must be closed before you can select a winner.
