Comments on comp are very interesting to dialog with CH and have feedbacks
Having only been a member on your site for less than a fortnight, it has come to my attention that there is no date or time logged for when designs are uploaded.
I feel that this would be beneficial to all, especially if a logo was copied or an idea stolen. It seems only fair that whoever uploaded first should have first shout.
With the designs I have uploaded so far, I try to be as original as possible (even though I was accused of producing something the same, even though I feel it was totally different).
It seems as though the designers who have been on this forum for some time quickly accumulate votes which makes their design votes higher than others… which in turn makes it seem as though a similar lower-ranking design was designed afterwards and not before, which, in my mind isn’t a fair way of going about things.
Having said all that, I think your site is absolutely incredible!

I guess this is why it is still in beta….lol. I have thought about the comps. being segregated as well. The prize money now being raised to $100 is a great idea. Some of these logos are worth that and much more!! I am loving this site and I have loved it from the moment I found it. I am looking forward to all the changes coming in the future!!!!!

Kikko – would you like to start the ball rolling by coming up with a list of questions when setting up a new competition ?
Crikey, that’s a comprehensive list! The only downside I see with regards to it, is whether the person conducting the competition really wants to take the time to answer those questions.
I dont know if this already happens an I am just blind, but it would be great to have some sort of section which tells you which one of your logos has bumped up the total rating – as this would be especially ideal when you have entered competitions.
Just my two cents :]
Just a couple of ideas…
1) When someone comments on one of your logos, it would be nice to have an email sent to you, so you don’t have to keep going back and checking, etc.
2) Also, when you upload a logo it would be nice to have a space where you can write down the font used.
Just a couple of suggestions.
As a new user, my 2p:
1) ability to edit unapproved competitions to make changes
2) ability to append clarifying notes to a competition, to give additional information and direction for the designers as the competition progresses.
3) seperate box to enter prize value amount. Ability to edit this on competitions that have not yet been approved.
4) option to view all entries on one page, I’m not sure the next page button is immediately obvious.
5) something for the future, a ‘private competition’ option, maybe with a surcharge for not having the competition listed on the public page, and removed from the archives once completed. I’d envision this being used by designers or commercial bodies themselves who may not want the client to be aware of the source of the design.
An excellent concept with execution that is progressing well, looking forward to using you repeatedly in the future!

Contest end dates could be shorten. 30 days should be more than enough. I agree with keeping all entries on one page. Private messaging system would be convenient. Thank you.

From Rezolution: I love the site and have submitted to a couple of comps. One thing that bugs me slightly is that the owners of the competition rarely do any feedback to work submitted during the length of the competition. Can you have an automated reminder to the clients to remark on submissions after every 10 (or so) new additions? That way – we all get an idea of where the direction is heading.
