Logosauce V2 announcement in a couple of days
Hi Folks,
You’ve been very patient waiting for the release of the long awaited V2.
Well we’re finally almost ready. We plan to announce a the release date in a couple of days (just finalizing our migration plan). The migration is a bit of a mission, because we need to preserve all the logos, profiles and related comments and votes.
Stay tuned. Once we have a date we’ll email everyone with a list of all the changes.

Nice one Digger, i gotta admit ive been shying away from the site abit recently but i can assure that when the new site comes into play and i leave school in 3 weeks i will be putting alot of time into developing my business and working on competitions published on the site, i look forward to seeing what you guys have come up with and i cant wait for its launch!

A hiccup – we’ve had to re do the logo migration, 50,000 plus logos, to keep the same logo id’s. So announcement delayed a couple more days. Sorry.
You may also be experiencing some performance issues on the current site – as the server is doing double time right now processing the migration in the background. So please accept our apologies in advance for any slowness.

any news??? a few days has passed..
UPDATE – we’ve discovered a number of problems with the migration of data from old to new and struggling to get developer time. We’ve beavering away at it but way way slower than I’ happy with or anticipated. Getting close now though.
Ahh well, id rather it take longer and be working correctly then get here on time and not work, Oh the joys of development lol. Hope it all turns out well Digger, cant wait to check it out, downloading Adobe CS5 Masters Suite as we speak so ill be back on the competitions SOON!
