Congrats Leah! I hadn’t seen your logo design until it was chosen as the winner. I guess I should visit the comps more.

Got an email from Jan saying she thought the scores picked the winner and that she didn’t know she had to pick one. Sent her instructions today on how to pick one – so hopefully she’ll do that very soon.

Hello. I’m one of the designers who submitted an entry for your logo at Logosauce.com. It’s been 2 months since that competition ended and you haven’t yet selected a winner. Perhaps you’ve been busy setting up your business and your website? It would be appreciated though, if you could at least add an update to your competition page. A lot of designers put a great deal of time and effort into designing a logo for you. I do hope you will be choosing a winner very soon.

Thanks, …Leah

5 days could work for a small company that isn’t a startup. But time should vary based on company situations and circumstances. A new company should never rush the most important part of starting up. But this one has gone on way too long. Otherwise, I do agree on the competition time being 7 to 9 days.

cwilk ;] i think that 7- 10 days are ideal for competition time, and another 5 to choose a winner.

I take my comments back now. This is far too long. I’ve noticed that in several other comps too. I’m happy I didn’t waste my time on all of them.

I emailed the comp holder a few days ago to ask her to give us an update. Didn’t get a reply.

whats happened …………………..? they canceled the idea :) or what wrong ??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By Cwilk over 4 years ago

You know if it were me choosing, I would take my time too. I always tell my clients to take the logo and put a copy of it in their pocket for about a week or so. They should look at it quite freqently. If they get tired of it, then it’s not the logo they want.

A logo is a huge thing to a new company. I’m pleased to see them taking their time.
