Foreclosure Recovery Group (FRG)
Profile: Timo Ketola
Company:
Opens: 30 September 2008
Closes: 20 October 2008
Prize value: US$265.00
Details:
Our company helps people who are in foreclosure and losing their homes. Most of these people think that losing their homes to foreclosure is their only option. We are their to show them that they have alternatives to this.
We are looking for a logo for this company. Some ideas/elements of the logo may include: house or other real estate, FRG acronym, creatively showing people being helped, or just something cool looking is OK too. Be creative!
The logo will be primarily web based but will also be printed onto promotional materials, business cards etc. With that being said make sure the resolution is high enough for that. File format should be PSD (able to open in Photoshop CS) with layers or illustrator is also fine if vector based.
Would like something somewhat cutting edge, and not the same old outdated real estate logo that you normally see.
I will be commenting daily on the submissions and giving you feedback, so look out for that. If I like more than one, I also may be paying for 2nd place. Thanks!

Thanks for all the work, some really great logos. My favorite ones right now are: 31368, 31502, 31501, and 31740. Hope we can get some more similar ones to these. 31368 and 31501 have great colors that I think represent hope for people who are in foreclosure. Thanks and looking forward to it!
Any feedback timo?
Should stress be put upon the word ‘foreclosure’ as many designers have done? I wouldn’t have thought so, the service you provide is foreclosure recovery. So the logical emphasis would be on ‘foreclosure recovery’, and ‘group’ could be diminished (if anything is to be emphasized or diminished). Neonloony (http://www.logosauce.com/logos/31399) seems to have thought about this too, and come to quite a good solution.
Thanks for the comments…..just added comments to quite a few of the logos.
Thanks for feedback, but as logos are added this becomes boggled, could you post specific links, or comment directly on the logo sub page?
The ones I like most at this point are the following: top row all the way to the right, row 2 the first and second ones from the left, row 3 the first one from left and also third and fourth from the left. I like the idea of some sort of memorable logo as in row 3 on the left. Hope this helps and I will continue to comment. Good luck!
