The web address for 3 Sevens is www.777AZ.com. The primary objective for the logo is to be easily readable. The target audience for the logo will be buyers and sellers of luxury properties. I want the logo to be as memorable as the properties we market. I want buyers and sellers to be able to easily see and identify the logo. The logo will go on real estate signs and business cards, so please understand that I want to make a great first impression with the buyers and sellers I meet. A logo says a lot.

The single most persuasive idea a logo designer can bring is the ability to make the logo stand out in a classy way.

The use of black and yellow/gold makes for easy readability…but if you think there is a better color combination for 3 Sevens please show me. I do not want to place limits on design.

Logo designers should use .ai or .eps vector formats and .psd Photoshop (unless of course it has embedded vector art).
