PJM Projects is a construction project management company located in Auckland, New Zealand. We specialise in delivering commercial and hi-end residential homes. We are a hybrid of an architectural practice and construction company, where we manage the design and construction delivery.

Design:

We are looking for a logo that says we are professional, fresh, modern and trustworthy, yet classic and exclusive with an easy to recognize profile.

The logo needs to pass the â€˜30kph testâ€™ â€“ that means a person driving slowly past one of our building projects can easily recognise our logo from a sign. To achieve this, the logo must be strong and simple!

Weâ€™re looking for a complete full identity for PJM Projects. The logo appears on anything from web, letterhead, footer, print ads, business cards, yard signs and big building banners.

Logo with icon is probably preferred. Text part of logo must be able to stand alone from icon. An icon NOT featuring a building preferred (unless you have a really awesome idea).

Colour:

We have a preference for blue / grey theme, but weâ€™re open to any good idea as to colour. Logo must work in both colour + black and white (newspaper ads). Logo must work on both light and dark backgrounds.
