Great work Michelle I really like your style, and I like the concep behind this graphic, very human and accord the only thing that I will review is the color palette, and is not bad at all, but in my personal opinion when your doing work for social causes I thik the color need to be a little more dramatic to ensure awareness of the cause, maybe the same palette just in less web2.0 stylish glossy bright color will work on your great composition.
