symbol has multiple uses: can be used as a favicon, as a self-explanatory symbol and also as a rating image (like logosauce’s tomato – see the bottom of the image for this idea) Logo is readable at small sizes and is stylish and moder. Please let me know what you think ;-)
I would say this is a little to much ‘digg’… you are right on with creating a symbol or mark that is similarly related in style that can be used for rating. But I think the overall font is too blocky. The mark is different than anything I have imagined, and yet is the simplest (it’s growing on me). Also I want to say that I think the black font makes the brand look old.
