I wanted to make the spots on the cow look like patchwork, that way it has the country feel but also brings the business into the design.

Don’t mean to be too critical, but a gigantic cow? I fail to see what it does to the logo other than distract the viewer and make it hard to read the text.

But i agree with the words being slightly harder to make out.
