I like the logo, but it seems a bit much with the long lines, i think i prefer the layout where the text is below. Lastely you used a glossy effect on the X but you don’t carry it over to anything else.
Very nice. I especially like it on a black background. If I had to say anything it would be try a colour other than the yellow
