The icon can be a separate device as it depicts your services, in a smart visual form.

You discussed that you’d like vibrant colours – but needs to appear across different media, colours and applications. My advice is to use the Mono version in either a darker shade of the underlying colour – or plain white or black. This way you can’t come unstuck when the bride wants hot pink!
