thanks guys. i actually had “COMPLETE” on top of “OUTDOOR ROOMS” like many entries, but i realized that the company name is “COMPLETE OUTDOOR ROOMS”; emphasizing the “COMPLETE” doesn’t make much sense, as “OUTDOOR ROOMS” should get as much emphasis as the “COMPLETE” gets to properly convey the client’s business.
maybe you have reason onesummer
this won the “Logo of the day” on http://www.logofromdreams.com/

We have our “committee” reviewing all the logos as we move toward the selection of a winner. This logo is nicely done and onesummer is totally correct with his take on the name of the company. Many of the entrants put way too much emphasis on the word “complete”. This, of course, can be changed. The only problem I have with this logo is that, with or without the name… what does it say to a person looking at an ad or a business card or a yard sign etc.? I’m not sure the first impression really creates a mental image of what we do… but I do like the creative aspect.
