No need for the last D part in the symbol or flip the middle part! Btw, nice color treatment. :)
i dunno, i quite like the last D, but i suppose that u could get rid of it and make the O part blue. that might work. :)

I sorta like the last D, that way there is 3 marks in this logo, and 3 words that make up the company name, which in my mind helps me relate each mark to a word. It would work nicely they other way stated above aswell.
hmm, i think it might work quite nicely with the O the other way round so that it is almost connected to the D instead of to the E
