another good logo to add to the few in this competiton. I love that you used a darker shade of yellow, basically a brown, instead of black. The colors work so well here. You have given a hyerarchy (sp) to the elements where the banner and shield pop, and everything else recedes to secondary elements. This is a keeper. Good luck!
