Sorry Moon! I’ve been away didn’t even realise you had done something similiar. Great minds think alike aye. I’ve added a note to the other version aswell. Just had a look through you portfolio, you’ve got some great stuff their.

Not to be rude (again) but if I had done a very similar logo to another one (even if it was a coincidence), I would delete it. If someone had the same idea as you many days before, I think there’s no other option that resigning yourself and thinking about new ideas. It’s about respect.
Nothing personal MR, I have seen your portfolio and believe you when you say it was a coincidence, because you have fantastic logos and its perfectly normal that you came up with this idea, but how would you feel if you win?
I’m only giving my point of view and saying what I would do in that case. Please, not my intention to offend.
MR: Let’s do it this way…may the best visual win. I’m sure out there, there’s still a lot of Rd logos similar to what you and me did. If you win, we share 50/50?lol! joking mate :)
Marcos: I agree with what you are saying, totally. But what MR did was quite respectable, putting a note on his own logos. So i don’t mind that. If MR wins, i’ll be the 1st to contact him for my share! no worries on that..lol :)

Here we go again folks- I’ve had a look at both designs and don’t consider them close enough to warrant this conversation. All design is derivative in some way and we are all influenced by other designs, products and brands around us. There is nothing wrong with using concepts and ideas of other designs provided they are not blatant rip-offs – which this is not.
Good on MR for making the note – but in my view unnecessary.
