Notes:

As soon as I saw this competition, the concept dawned on me. I wanted to convey revitalization for troubled homeowners, not so much as FRG “pouring money” into a home, as the assistance FRG adds to helping one realize the value already in one’s home. Hope that actually comes across as such… :)
