it’s amazing how changing his eye a little can totally change his mood from angry and hostile to inquisitive and timid. it thus portrays a sense of irony, since it’s a large scary monster, yet curious and cautious. And, dady, I do realize it plays along the same irony of Monsters, Inc., that being “big scary looking monsters who are soft hearted and fun”, but i don’t see a problem with this. This exact irony has been around long before that movie. And besides, it will allow people to immediately make a positive connection to the logo.

love this one. changing that eye a little really changed the feel. top stuff!
i didn’t say that is a problem, but a logo must be “unique”, and you can send people to think at something else when they are looking at your logo, and Marketing does not fit with cartoon.

Actually I disagree with Dady about this looking like anything from Monsters Inc. How original were the artists from MI….they copied the cyclops that were used in many older movies. There were cyclops well before Monsters Inc. came out and this looks nothing like any of the logos from the movie (MI). This is very original. Nice work.
that’s your point of view, if Pixar was not original, how can you say this is original? I didn’t talk about cyclops, I was talking about scaryed monsters…but whatever, I saw that in comments are accepted only those witch are laudatory and by the way in logos you have to see bad parts too…

Nice work. Anyway, maybe to remove the ears and turn down graphics. Nails are just too big.
