Notes:

I wasn’t 100% happy with balance of my previous logo, I’ve solved the problem with this vertical orientated version. In this version the ‘dots’ might also symbolize an antenna, as a metaphor for communication/information/tracking. I made the background white as suggested. This is a single colour logo and would be great for branding, watermarking, stamps, transfers, faxes and many other mono applications.

I like this concept you’ve developed. I like the fact that this design looks great in mono applications… would it be possible to work a similar version for use where some kind of shading is expected? Something that will “pop”?

It would certainly be possible. If you have a logo that’s good in mono it’s easy to give it ‘pizazz’, like for instance Web2.0-ise it, add shading, shadows, gradients, reflections, emboss, texture etc. But you must know the opposite isn’t always possible – making one of the multicolour complicated logos into something that can be reproduced printed on a small promotional plastic single colour item and still look good. If you want I can add some modern shading/depth to this logo, just let me know your taste in that respect, for instance some of your favourite logos on the internet and in the real world. Or I can do it ‘my way’ if you like?
