I don’t know if it’s my monitor or the choice of colors but I’m having a hard time separating and identifying the elements inside the cog. The all caps is nice.

The elements read as if they are stacked, from bottom to top – large “C” smaller “O” and even smaller “G”.
This is the initial concept, colours can be added upon request.
