Sorry trendez, but I think you’re a bit out of order here.
I don’t think Toon’s logo was copying yours by using a cloud, any more than your logo was copying mine by using light blue.
A cloud was a fairly obvious metaphor for the business, just as a camera is – you can’t claim dibs on it just because you happened to do it first.
I certainly don’t think it’s fair to accuse toon of copying, which is effectively what you just did.
Toon, my only criticism of the logo would be that the reflection on the cloud, along with the gradient which gets darker as you go lower, makes it look a bit like a rain cloud – which is a bit depressing!

Might be nice to see it with an outline, or flat colour, so it doesn’t have the “rainy” feel? Just an idea.
Love the typography, though. nice and clean.

Good work toon, hopefully I too will have equally as many logos in the next 6months, if, I can free up some more time in my life to work on them, many ideas I have, but not all of them drawn up in illustrator. I noticed trendez also submitted a similar design based on the cloud theme, who came up with the cloud idea first?, be truthful, I be referee, lol.
