This is just a quick idea. The ‘G’ and the initials are in the same font as the logo text (Rotis SansSerif), but with some tweaks to make them softer and more graphical.

I am not happy with the shape of the inks flowing down, so I may need to re-work it a bit to make it feel more fluid and organic, and a more pleasing form.
