It represents the steps your customers go through in their carrer. Therefore its adjustable as any b/w picture can be chosen for any situation in a young career. When and where these pictures are implemented (each site of the homepage, with every click etc.) is up to you.
The continuing change in the logo will attract the users interest. He will therefore always remember the shape TR with the white lettering.
