best of your 3 entries. the slight serif at the end of the middle portion of the 3 bugs me though, and i think it should be removed, so that the S and 3 flow as one better.

I really like this one. But S3 shouldn’t be in the logo. But compliments for the idea And as onesummer says. Something is a bit out of sync in the middle
